The AROLDI family has been cultivating the vines of Château des Rochers for three generations on the AOC vineyard, renowned Côtes de Castillon Castillon Côtes de Bordeaux.
Our vines are installed on 14 ha in Belvès de Castillon and Saint Philippe d'Aiguilhe. These villages are located on the clay-limestone hillsides extending those of Saint Emilion.
The vines have been managed since 2002 in organic farming controlled by Ecocert and bio-dynamics certified by Demeter
From March to December, the Château des Rochers hosts a Organic market every 3rd Sunday of each month from 10 a.m. to 14 p.m.
Find vegetable breads, chicken, smoked salmon, cold meats, pork, saffron herbal teas, goat cheese, gingerbread, pancakes, gluten-free pastries, ecolombric composter, etc.
