I present to you Claire Hauchecorne, a chef with a passion for cooking and pastry, who on the day of the event goes to your home and makes dishes worthy of a restaurant.

From the simplest and most tasty dish to the most elaborate, even gastronomic, Claire tries to share with you the love and know-how transmitted by her grandfather (pastry chef-chocolatier-confectioner-cook) and her father (master chef ).

She then decided to create La Palette de Saveurs! 

But why La Palette de Saveurs?

Pallet? A word that symbolizes Claire's artistic side, her desire to innovate and present her dishes.

She likes both salty and sweet. In each dish she prepares, she tries to leave her mark, to adapt to the tastes and profile of the client. Claire goes in search of the best ingredients for dishes full of flavors.

Our chef offers you a complete service. It all starts with the purchase of products, bought on the market the same day, of local origin and of irreproachable freshness. She then adapts your kitchen for the preparation of dishes and provides table service.

She wants her customers to be able to enjoy their guests to the fullest.

Its products are free of flavor enhancers, industrial powders and dyes. She favors seasonal products. Fresh or puff pastry is homemade. Claire strives to offer impeccable product quality.

You just have to choose the menu that suits you the most!
