We offer you an hour of Yoga with postures or Asanas, focused on the breath in order to open our chakras, and help to circulate the energy in order to stimulate our senses.
Yoga helps to focus, to be fully in the present moment in order to prepare for the discovery of the vineyard, the wine and your senses. So you can approach the tasting in Mindfulness.
Two hours to be completely relax and enjoy with delight the Wine and the Present Moment.
Can Mindful Meditation and Mindful Tasting be combined? You will get the answer by practicing!
