La toque cuivrée is the essential manufacturer of the iconic Bordeaux canelé.
It is a gourmet little cake, crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside, with notes of rum and vanilla. it adapts as well to moments of relaxation as to festive moments.
It comes in 3 sizes: large €0.70, lunch €0.50, bite-size €0.40.
To vary the pleasures, you will also find in our shops gourmet versions of our star product (verrine of canelés with rum syrup, caramels with canelé chips) as well as traditional regional cakes (pies with apples or apple-prunes; Bordeaux cakes almond or chocolate).
