Château Gaubert has been a family property since 1954 from father to daughter.
Located on the clay-limestone plateau of Saint-Emilion, in Saint-Christophe-des-Bardes. The terroir of Château Gaubert wonderfully accommodates 90% Merlot and 10% Cabernet Franc.
Juliette, third generation, lovingly works her vines respecting them under the benevolent eye of her father Gérard Ménager.
The Château has been certified HVE3 since 2018.
Juliette took over the reins in 2016 with the help of her husband Max Granet. Both work in collaboration, Juliette in production, Max in the image and promotion of the castle.
They will welcome you as a family on the property to share their love of the land and good food and will make you discover their history. I invite you to contact them for the terms of visits.
