It is produced according to the principles of organic farming by the DEspagne family, owners of this cru for more than two centuries and present in St-Emilion for almost 500 years. At the same time owner, oenologist, scientist and enthusiast, François DEspagne, the 7th generation, remains with his feet firmly anchored in his vines, and directs his gaze towards the future.
