The Romans, seduced by the typicality of the Graves of Dordogne, gave their letters of nobility to these authentic wines. Showcase of the appellation, the Maison des Vins des Graves-de-Vayres welcomes you on the left bank of the Dordogne, a few steps from the Château de Vayres. In this typical Bordeaux stone house, an adviser welcomes you to guide you in your discoveries and show you the wine estates open to the public. Quietly taste a good vintage leaning against a barrel before going to the shop. Harvest baskets, wooden boxes and other magnums give you the choice… On foot, head towards the Château de Vayres, a medieval fortress listed as a Historic Monument.
