Departure from the church of Lussac

From the church of Lussac, take Rue Thiers. At the crossroads turn right towards Puisseguin.

Step 2

On leaving Lussac at the Renault garage, turn right towards Moulin Blanc and Moulin Noir. Keep going straight ahead.

At the D244 stop sign (Château Cassat on your right), turn left then the 1st right.

Take the 1st right before entering Puisseguin. Cross the place called Guillotin by following the road which branches off to the left.

At the next intersection after Guillotin, turn left and immediately right into rue Jean Poitou.

At the give way, turn right towards the village of Puisseguin.

Pass in front of the Château Beauséjour and the town hall then take the road to St Philippe on the left. Then continue straight.

At the crossroads, leave the road to St Philippe on the right and that of Fayan opposite, take the one on the left (sign 3,5t).

After seeing the Château de Monbadon on your left, take the road to the left at the top of the hill and head towards the castle.

At the Château de Monbadon stop sign, turn left to see the church or right towards the château to continue the circuit.

After the Château de Monbadon, take the 3rd right towards Terrasson and Gasquerie if you are following the large loop. For the small loop, continue straight.

To follow the small loop, go to the stop sign and turn right towards St Philippe. Then the 1st left at the bus stop. In the hamlet Nichon, go down to the left and continue to the church of St-Cibard.

Pass the places called Terrasson, Gasquerie and Tuillac and continue straight to St Philippe.

You arrive at St Philippe by the cemetery. At the 1st crossroads, continue straight ahead to the church.

At the level of the church, turn left in the direction of the village.

In the village of St Philippe, turn left and immediately right towards Piqueroque. Go down and continue straight ahead.

At the stop sign, go up to the left to the Château de Clotte.

At the crossroads after the Château de Clotte (on your right), turn left towards Le Pin (leave Les Salles on the right).

Continue straight ahead until the stop sign. At the Château Roc du Pin stop sign, turn right. Immediately after the Le Pin stop sign, take the 1st small road on the left towards St Cibard.

In St-Cibard, near the church and the pond, follow the main road towards the Château de Monbadon. After St-Cibard, go straight to the Château Puyfromage stop sign. Turn right and cross the hamlet Guaronneau.

At the crossroads of the cooperative cellar of Francs, turn left in the direction of Francs and go up to the village. Arriving at Francs, turn left before the town hall to see the church, or straight ahead to continue the loop.

After the Château de Francs, at the crossroads of the road to Puynormand, continue straight on to Tayac. Cross the village of Tayac, pass in front of the church and continue straight to the stop sign on the road to Petit-Palais.

At the crossroads of the Petit-Palais road, continue opposite in the direction of Petit-Palais.

After the Lapourcaud hamlet, turn right towards Les Huguets. At the crossroads of a place called Les Huguets (opposite Château Les Maines), turn right and continue to the next stop sign.

At the Cornemps stop sign, turn right to see the old abbey or left to continue the circuit.

At the crossroads of the Tayac road, follow the Petit-Palais road to the right. At the apse of the church of Petit-Palais, continue to the right of the church to the stop sign.

At the stop sign in the village of Petit-Palais, turn left towards Lussac and pass in front of the church. After passing in front of the porch of the Petit-Palais church, take the 1st right.

In the hamlet Sorillon, take the road to the left at the bus stop. At the stop sign, take the road to the right. Before entering the undergrowth, turn left on the road limited to 50 km/h (yellow marker). Go through the wood.

At the Maine Blanc stop sign, take the road to the left and continue straight on to Lussac, crossing the place called Terrien. At the stop sign at the entrance to Lussac, follow the direction of the town centre.

At the Perruchon intersection (on the left), continue straight on towards Lussac. At the stop sign at the entrance to Lussac, follow the direction of the town centre. Pass in front of the Château de Lussac and reach the church. You have arrived.
