This charming 14th century cottage, completely renovated and comfortable, is composed of a beautiful living room
with kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms each with a 140 bed, a shower room with wc. A living room on the mezzanine and a master suite upstairs (bedroom with a 160 bed with small shower room and private toilet) complete the set. A laundry/boiler room with washing machine, cleaning equipment and fridge/freezer is reserved for you in a room adjoining the gîte (not communicating). A heated swimming pool shared with the owners (open from April to October from 9:00 a.m. to 22:00 p.m.), a private terrace and parking complete the package. Bed linen and towels are provided and the beds are made. For golf enthusiasts, the Grand Saint-Emilionnais Golf Club is located just a few minutes away.
