Tradition and modernity characterize the property. Reasoned cultivation, leaf stripping, green harvesting, double manual sorting of the harvest.
Vinification with gentle extraction of tannins. Aging 18 months in oak barrels, 1/3 renewed per year.
An assertive character, a beautiful color, with a delicate bouquet with notes of red fruits, Château Haut Piquat combines power, roundness and finesse.
