Between Bordeaux and Saint-Emilion, Château Cajus has been an organic property for 24 years. The vineyard is worked without pesticides and the wine is produced on the property in a natural way, taking into account the lunar cycle. The wines have a low rate of sulphites, or even no sulphites at all for some. Château Cajus wine has won medals in various official competitions.
Discovery formula with a presentation of the cellars and tasting of three wines (5€ per person but free from the purchase of six bottles).
"From the vine to the glass" formula with a winegrower's walk, a visit to the cellars and a commented tasting of three wines accompanied by organic savory snacks (25€ per person).
