- Workshop Blending grape varieties: Château Corbin
- Discovery tour of the underground cellars: Couvent des Jacobins
- “Architecture” walk Les Côteaux de Saint-Etienne de Lisse: in search of the disappeared city!
- Winemaker lunches: 12:30 p.m. to 14:30 p.m. (Château La Fleur Morange, Château Chauvin, Château Rol Valentin)
Afternoon workshops: 15:00 p.m. to 17:00 p.m.
- Underground visit: Château Franc Mayne
- Terroirs Cultural Landscapes Foundation Conference: Château Bellefont-Belcier
- Agroforestry walk through 3 Grands Crus Classés of Saint-Emilion: Châteaux Dassault/Petit Faurie/Cadet Bon
- Wine & Chocolate Workshop: Château Grand Corbin
- Exceptional concert by a lyric singer in the “Cathedral Chai” of the Château de Faugères
- “End of the harvest celebration” dinner at Château de Ferrand: 19:30 p.m.
