After more than 3 years spent with Florent Bouchon, one of the best chocolatiers in the Bordeaux region, the desire to share his passion in the heart of his territory led La ChoKolatière, Marie Dextérat to create his chocolate factory in the middle of the vineyards of the 'Entre Deux Mers, and Vincent, her husband, naturally joined this project.
Eco-responsible family chocolate factory, All the treats are carefully made from noble raw materials, favoring local products.

Committed to the Association of Committed Chocolatiers, and part of an organic approach, La ChoKolatière is aimed at all chocolate lovers who recognize themselves in local, artisanal, organic and gourmet production. All the chocolate worked in the Grézillac workshop is also FAIR TRADE Pure Origin chocolate.

Your taste buds will be in turmoil at the wide range of certified ORGANIC products : bars, mini-bars, pucks, lollipops, chocolate fries, chocolate assortments, mendiants, orangettes, spread, crunchy almonds, marshmallows, caramel, fruit jellies made from ingredients from organic farming, respectful of the environment.
